Tourist Voucher is a one-time form of support for Polish families, which allows you to pay for holidays (e.g. a stay at a hotel, guesthouse, holiday farm, a camp or a scout camp, as well as a sport or recreational camp) carried out by a tourist entrepreneur or a public benefit organization in Poland.
A one-off VOUCHER is worth 500 PLN for each child up to the age of 18 (for children with a certificate of disability - PLN 1000).
The Voucher is in the electronic form and is valid until the end of March 2022.
Where to get the VOUCHER and how to activate it
How to use the voucher in 3 steps:
1. You must have a profile on the ZUS Electronic Services Platform (PUE), if you do not have one - create it.
2. Activate the voucher at PUE ZUS. You do not need to submit any application, you just activate the Voucher, to do so:
go to PUE ZUS [General] tab,
[Polish Tourist Voucher] > [My voucher] in the menu on the left
use the [Activate voucher] button and enter a valid e-mail address and mobile phone number.
You can activate the voucher at any time. You can pay with it until March 31, 2022.
3. You will receive a text message or an e-mail with a 16-digit payment service code.
The payment service code can also be found at PUE ZUS in the [Polish Tourist Voucher]> [My Voucher] tab.
You will provide it when paying for services.
* If you want to take advantage of an additional benefit in the form of a voucher for a disabled child, submit a declaration to PUE ZUS. Attach a scan or photo of the certificate of disability to the "Statement of the entitled person in order to determine the right to an additional benefit in the form of the Polish Tourist Voucher".

Do we accept travel vouchers?
YES - at Czarny Kamień Resort & SPA you can pay with a tourist voucher.
Can you pay with a voucher several times?
YES - you can make payments with the voucher many times, until the voucher amount is exhausted.
Where can you check the current value / balance of the voucher?
The balance of the voucher can be found on your PUE ZUS account in the [Polish Tourist Voucher]> [My voucher] tab.
Can the voucher be used to pay for adult services?
NO - the voucher can only be used for services involving a child.
How to pay for the hotel service with a voucher?
Provide the payment processing code to the person accepting the payment. When paying the amount due, you can determine what part of the liability you want to pay with the voucher.
How to make a payment when the amount of the hotel service exceeds the value / balance of the voucher?
The remaining amount (after agreeing with the person who settles the hotel service) can be paid in cash, by card or by bank transfer.
