That afternoon we will serve exceptional dishes prepared with attention to every detail, on the buffet you will find among others:

Pad Thai

Traditional Thai dish made from rice noodles, fried with shrimp or chicken, egg, tofu, peanuts and fresh bean sprouts. Slightly sweet and salty, with a lime note and aromatic spices – a classic of Thai cuisine that delights with a harmony of flavors.

Spring Rolls

Crispy, golden fried rolls made of thin rice dough, filled with aromatic stuffing of vegetables, meat or shrimp. Served with sweet and spicy sauce or soy sauce – an ideal appetizer tempting with the taste of Asia.

Wonton with shrimp or meat

Delicate Chinese dumplings in thin dough, filled with juicy shrimp or aromatic meat, boiled or fried to golden color. Served with soy sauce or sweet and spicy sauce – a light and aromatic appetizer straight from Asia.

Sweet and sour soup with chicken and roasted peanuts

Aromatic Asian-style soup, combining sweet and sour notes with juicy chicken and crunchy roasted peanuts. Slightly spicy and full of fresh vegetables – a perfect proposal for a light but satisfying meal.

The evening will be complemented by Japanese whisky and SAKE*.
